Red
The color of our love as it blossoms.
The color of our sun-hot passion.
We push, we pull, in love we fall.
We fight, we cry,
The color of my pain.
We make up and you open up,
The depth of my soul.
Hearts beat.
Thump-thump. Thump-thump
The walls of my arteries.
Yellow
The color of joy.
The spring in my step.
The sounds of the music from your heart,
That my heart strains to hear.
Thump-thump. Thump-thump.
The color of the flowers of bouquet,
As we tie ourselves to each other,
In every way humanly possible.
Gray
The color of the skies,
As we sit on the porch,
Watching the rain.
The color of our skies,
As we look upon our youth as a distant memory.
Gray,
The color of our hair,
As we grow old and ugly together.
The color of the sky,
Overcast with clouds,
As one of us takes their last breath and
Leaves their soulmate to wonder the earth alone.

Well written. But I wonder why you use the word ugly to describe old age- “As we grow old and ugly together.” Why ugly?
